We really want to be as relaxed as possible but there are certain things we have to put in the public domain so this is the current list which doubles up as our Terms and Conditions. However, as they always say, whilst it’s correct at the time of going to press, we reserve the right to change and amend if necessary or if someone does something we hadn’t thought of!!

  1. National Florist Day (NFD), and all its associated names are owned and controlled by Purple Spotted Media Services Ltd (PSM), a company registered in the UK, and owners of all copyright and IP rights.
  2. All pictures used on this site belong to Purple Spotted Media unless otherwise stated.  No copy on this website may be used in any way, shape, or form without the written permission of Purple Spotted Media Services Ltd.
  3. Whilst we appreciate that it is easy to cut and paste from a website, we would ask that you respect the fact we have spent a considerable amount of time, experience and money creating original copy and you at least credit us as a reputable source.
  4. We reserve the right to instantly remove a business from involvement in National Florist Day at any time. Reasons will be given but include bringing the brand into disrepute – be it through poor service or inappropriate online behaviour, failing to pay bills or insolvency, be it your own company or a company you are corporately involved with.
  5. NFD status and use of the logo and assets only applies to a shop or branches of a shop which registered with the organisers.  It is not permitted to use the logo in connection with any other shop or business.  We reserve the right to seek damages and financial recompense for inappropriate use.
  6. NFD is a marketing project and as such we do not expect to get involved in customer complaints.  However, should a customer contact us and if it seems to be a genuine complaint, we will contact you to see what has happened and if we need to do anything. However, NFD is in no way responsible for any failures and omissions on any order or transaction, the contract is between you and your customer.
  7. You are not permitted to deface or adapt the logo or any other assets to remove the date or try and change it in any other way. You may add the logo to your work, but you should not add your logo to any of our supplied assets.
  8. We know our Flower Magicians are special but that doesn’t mean they are to be used as prime selling targets!  As such please remember that any florist information is the property of Purple Spotted Media Services Ltd.  It is not to be used for any third-party activity and any attempt to download and/or use information from this site or any other associated site by third parties for other purposes, i.e. selling services, canvassing for business etc will be considered a breach of both copyright and database rules and legal action will be taken.  There are a number of sleeper addresses embedded so any erroneous activity will be discovered.
  9. We will use your supplied email address to send you regular newsletters that include project news, marketing material, social media assets or upcoming event information. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link on the newsletter or email us at hello@nationalfloristday.co.uk and ask to be removed.
  10. As we say we don’t want to be heavy but like all organisations we reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time with full notification given.
